These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Microloop mobile application and microloop.co (the “Service”) operated by Microloop (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Using Microloop
You must follow applicable laws and these Terms. You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions
Paid features may require a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are subject to the store’s terms. Refunds are handled according to store policies.
4. Content
Stories, narration, visuals, and other materials in the Service are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Educational content is for general information and not professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
